When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within a week or sooner but two weeks at the latest, typically. As I can't ship them out as soon as they come in, please have patience.
How will my items be shipped?
They will be sandwiched in between cardboard backers with painters tape around the edges. This added protection helps make sure stickers arrive safe and sound in a padded bubble mailer, plus painters tape is easier to peel off than scotch as a lot of comic books are shipped with such to keep them in place so no need to worry!
I entered the wrong address!? Can you do something?
If the items haven't been shipped yet then send me a message and I will correct the mistake with the proper information before shipping. If it has been already shipped then there is nothing I can do. If the mailing service sends it back being unable to deliver then I will contact you to work something out but I can't give refunds at that stage so: TRIPLE CHECK ALL INFORMATION TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CORRECT AND UP TO DATE!
The item that I wanted is out of stock! When do you restock?
I try to keep some inventory stocked but if an item is popular then I usually will restock them in a few weeks. I will make updates on social platforms as well that there will be restock so don't be afraid to ask and message me about something if you are curious.
Do you offer preorders? If so how does that work excatly?
Well, BigCartel doesn't really offer that service to people who use them but there is a way. Basically, I can make a limited amount of copies for an item but in the title and discription clearly state that this is for a preorder so the item will arrive later than something in stock/on hand. Which means about a month - month and a half before I have the item in stock and start the shipment process.
Why did I get extra stickers?!
That is just some special freebee stickers that come with every purchase as a thank you!
